at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley
before working in a variety of operations including restaurant,

ecca provides catering
to discriminating individuals and companies. In our catering
business we focus on small groups, as small as one and up to
75. Instead of working off a pre-established menu, we work with
you to come up with a menu that excites you and fits your budget.
Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Cocktails, BBQ’s, Bachelorettes,
Shiva’s, Jewish Holidays, Birthdays and more. Contact Elliott
by email: elliott@ecca.ca,
phone (514-487-7956) or fill out our request
form and we’ll contact you promptly to discuss your
upcoming event. Click here to
see sample menus.
ecca offers intimate, dynamic and simplified cooking classes
for all levels. You can register in one of our scheduled classes
which are 2-hour demonstration format usually with a maximum
of 8 people. Larger groups are also possible. Price includes
generous tastings and recipes, you can bring your own wine. Classes
take place at our NDG kitchen steps from Metro Villa Maria. Click
here to view our current schedule. Subscribe to our class
updates on the same page.
We pride ourselves in offering unique services that titillate
your passion for food and learning. Take a look at these cool
possibilities:
Create your own cooking class: Decide
what you want to learn, when and with whom. Private one-on-one,
semi-private or group. Great for couples and special occasions.
This is very popular with tourists visiting Montreal. Add a tour
of the local market to your class. If you’re a hotel concierge
we’d like to talk to you.
Combine a cooking demonstration with a
catered event: We’ll create a menu with you then
demonstrate how to prepare part of it during your event.
Private Dining Room: Why
go to a noisy restaurant when you can dine in private with
your own chef, menu, wine and music. Elliott’s elegant
dining room is the perfect space for up to 8 people for a sit-down
dinner and up to 20 for a buffet. Perfect for a special occasion,
romantic dinner for 2 or a mid-week lunch or dinner.
Private Chef Gift: Most
people have not had a chef come to their home to prepare and
serve a meal. Purchase a dinner for someone special. We’ll
create a menu with them, confirm a date and pamper them while
they enjoy themselves in the comfort of their own home. Not as
expensive as you may think.
Prepared food and special needs diets: You
can have a catered event without a chef. We will prepare your
order with reheat instructions and deliver it or you can pick
it up. If you have a special needs diet or want for example,
low-fat healthy prepared portioned meals we can work with you
to set this up. If you need to see a Dietician we recommend
Ilene Gilbert, 514-484-2200.
Corporate Services: We can cater
events and do cooking demonstrations at your company. If you
have a large group for a class and/or event we have a great space
available.
