Elliott Cohen

Elliott attended the New England Culinary Institute in 1994 then completed his internship at the 5-Star Inn at Spanish Bay Resort in Pebble Beach, California. He pursued additional studies at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, Napa Valley, California then worked in a variety of Foodservice operations. These included restaurant, catering, private homes and as a Chef/Buyer for Whole Foods Market in Monterey, California. In 2002 he returned to Montreal and worked on several motion pictures cooking for Robert De Niro, Martin Scorsese, and Leonardo DiCaprio. He has taught over 300 classes including clients such as Deloitte, Groupe Dynamite, Provigo, McGill University Health Center, Adidas, and The Moment Factory. Elliott's passion for cooking and teaching is reflected in the quality of his food and his simplistic, dynamic approach to teaching, always focusing on the basics and what’s behind the recipe.
Catering
services
We focus on smaller groups from 2 to 100. We also offer freshly prepared meals delivered to your location. You may also reserve the studio for a private meal for up to 12 people. Rather than working off a pre-established menu, we work with you to create a menu that excites you and fits your budget.
Cooking
classes
Decide what you want to learn, when and with whom. In our location or yours. Point us in a direction and we’ll send you menu ideas and photos quickly. Choose a meal or tasting menu. Great for couples and special occasions like Birthdays, Anniversaries, Bachelorettes and team building. Add a tour of the local market to your class, bring your own wine, take photos and video. Weather permitting, enjoy our private terrace and use of our Weber BBQ. The studio is equipped with Wifi and AC.
